12 In-Person Personal Training Sessions

The 12 In-Person Personal Training Sessions package provides you with 12 one-on-one personal training sessions, provided three (3) times per week, in-person at PPT's Fitness Center OR the Stoneybrook East Fitness Center in Orlando, FL. You will be training with me in real-time so I can coach you through each workout, ensuring you stay motivated, accountable, safe, and you push yourself through every challenge. This package also includes a a customized workout program and nutrition plan based on your specific lifestyle, resources, preferences, needs, and goals, so it is exclusive to a limited number of clients. You will have access to your coach for three in-person training sessions each week. You will also be assigned additional weekly workouts, as well as other good habits such as tracking your macro/calorie intake with a daily food diary, mental wellness practices, etc. You will be given nutrition guidance and recommendations and other resources to help you succeed. This monthly plan allows us the opportunity to meet more frequently to get in great workouts, as well as check-in on your progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions to help you reach your goals in the fastest possible time frame! This plan is perfect for those who want to enjoy the benefits of working with a personal trainer on a regular basis and truly getting the most personalized, in-person experience.

  • Connect with me to receive your complementary, one-hour lifestyle consultation and fitness assessment and schedule our weekly training sessions
  • I will review your assessment results and design a program for your specific needs and goals
  • You will receive workout and wellness programs, and a nutrition plan to follow, which will help you more easily achieve your goals.
  • Your personalized schedule is made available in the app in 24-48 hrs
  • We will meet for training sessions, but you will also be assigned workouts, nutrition tracking, and wellness practices to complete on the days we do not meet
  • Follow the schedule, complete the assignments, log nutrition and other data
  • Connect with me for any questions via in-app chat or 1-1 video calls
  • We will conduct monthly/quarterly check-ins to measure progress
