You will be assigned a workout and wellness practice program to follow weekly, target movement goals, and you will be given nutrition recommendations and guidance with sample meals and healthy recipes, which can be found in our Resources section of the app. This monthly plan provides you with the opportunity to meet with your trainer for one (1) 15-30-minute Video Call each week to check-in on your progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions to help you reach your goals in the fastest possible time frame! This membership includes a generalized workout program based on your preferences, needs, and goals. You will have access to your Coach via the app, but will complete all workout assignments and track food daily to meet macro and caloric goals on your own using the app as your guide.
