The 12 In-App Personal Training Sessions+Coaching package provides you with 12 one-on-one personal training sessions, provided three (3) times per week, in a video call setting via this app. You will be training with me in real-time so I can coach you through each workout, ensuring you stay motivated, accountable, safe, and you push yourself through every challenge. This package also includes personalized workout and wellness programs and a nutrition plan based on your specific lifestyle, resources, preferences, needs, and goals, so it is exclusive to a limited number of clients. You will have access to your coach for two (2), one-on-one, virtual training sessions each week. You will also be assigned additional weekly workouts, as well as other good habits such as tracking your macro/calorie intake with a daily food diary, and mental wellness practices via this App. You will be given nutrition guidance and recommendations, sample meals, and healthy recipes to try through the Resources section of the App. This monthly plan allows us the opportunity to meet more frequently to ensure your workouts are as safe and effective as possible. It also allows us to check-in on your progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions more frequently to help you stay focused, believe you can reach your goals, and achieve them in the fastest possible time frame! This plan is perfect for those who want the experience of convenient personal training for a more consistent weekly commitment at a competitive cost.
