This 1-1 Personal Training package provides you with 12 one-on-one personal training sessions, provided 3 times per week, in-person (IP) at Progression Personal Training's place of business in the Stoneybrook East community of Orlando, FL. You will be training with me in real-time so I can coach you through each workout, ensuring you stay motivated, accountable, safe, and you push yourself through every challenge. This package also includes a a customized workout program and nutrition plan based on your specific lifestyle, resources, preferences, needs, and goals, so it is exclusive to a limited number of clients. You will have access to your coach for three in-person training sessions each week. You may also be assigned additional weekly workouts, as well as other good habits such as tracking your macro/calorie intake with a daily food diary, meditation and gratitude, etc. You will be given nutrition guidance and recommendations, sample meals, and healthy recipes to try. This monthly plan allows us the opportunity to meet more frequently to get in great workouts, as well as check-in on your progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions to help you reach your goals in the fastest possible time frame! This plan is perfect for those who want to enjoy the benefits of working with a personal trainer on a regular basis and truly getting the most personalized, in-person experience.
