The Fitness ONLY App Coaching program provides you with a customized workout program based on your needs and goals. You will be assigned workouts to follow and complete weekly. This monthly plan provides you with the opportunity to meet with your coach for one (1) 15-30-minute Video Call each week to check-in on your progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions to help you reach your goals in the fastest possible time frame! This membership includes a customized workout program based on your preferences, needs, and goals. You will have access to your Coach via the app, but will complete your assignments daily on your own using the app as your guide.
